It's easy to book us – just send us the details (exact time, how many persons, what's your surf level and where do you stay) and we will check our availability and organize your surfing.
Usually we get back via email within 1-5 hours, in case of last minute booking we'll get back to you ASAP. If you want to surf with us tomorrow, please text us before 8 pm, otherwise we will have not enough time for organization.
In high season (June, July, August, September, Christmas/New year time) please try to text us in advance (at least a week before the day you want to start surfing), so you could be sure to get surf session at a suitable time for you.

If you book a trial surf lesson or one surf tour you can pay after surfing in cash to your guide. You can also pay via Paypal in advance – just let us know, what do you prefer.
If you take a package of surf lessons/surf tours (for better price) you need to pay whole amount in advance via Paypal or in cash after your first session.

We provide pick up/drop off service in almost all touristic areas of Bali (Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Sanur, Ubud).
We don't share transportation. It will be only you and your surf instructor / surf guide by personal car.
Sometimes it's very hard to find private villa/ house in Bali so if you choose such accommodation please understand if your surf guide/ instructor is a bit late due to it.

We have no schedules and treat each guest individually.
We can surf in any time of the day. We will offer you the best pick up time to catch best ocean conditions and to escape traffic jams in case of long transfer.
We understand that you're on holidays and could be late due to the time changing or other reasons, so the surf guide/surf instructor can wait for you at your place maximum 30 minutes and then he leaves.
The duration of each surf session (or surf lesson) – about 2-2,5 hours. Usually it's enough time to get tired. If you wish to finish the lesson earlier, we can't move rest of the time to another session.

If you are already at the beach and decide not to surf or let us know about cancellation right before the lesson, we charge the fee 200 000 IDR for each person.

We don't ask any additional costs, except only such cases:
- If we go to surf to Airport or Serangan spots we need to take a boat to get to the break – in this case you need to pay extra money for locals for the boat transfer.
- If we go to surf to Tanah Lot you need to pay for the entrance ticket.
- We take responsibility of rent equipment (surfboard, leash and fins) damages during the surf session only for beginner surfers. In case you're surfer with experience we will charge additional fee for repair of damaged surf board.
